My teapot is 3 by 4. It has no handle because it was broken on the kiln shelf however its lid has a small slit in order for the spout to fit. The surface is somewhat because of the glaze. The glaze used was dark blue. The pot was taped and then dipped in glaze to form stripes. The glaze helps give some life and color to the simple teapot.

My theme choice is 2.5 by 3.. The lip of the project is altered into a heart shape. The surface is smooth. The glazes used were dark blue and turquoise. The pot is dipped in turquoise and then the rim of the heart is dipped in dark blue along with the handle. The blue glazes and drips of dark blue running through the turquise help give the pot a look of broken heartiness.
