This project is 4 by 2. The lip was altered into a heart shaped pitcher. The surface has swirl carvngs. The glazes used were dark? and tomato red. The dark? was dipped first and then i wiped it off so it only got in the carvings. The glazes help to highlight the swirls and the heartshaped handle adds to the theme of the project.

This project is 5 by 6. It is a simple vase with a hand made snake wrapped around it. The surface of the vase is smooth. The snake however has spots and lines going up and down its body. The glazes used were dark blue and yellow. The vase was dipped in dark blue and the snake was yellow. The contrast of the dark glaze and yellow glaze helps to highlight the snake.
